On April 4, 2025, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Lam commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi solemnly held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of ranking as a city-level historical - cultural relic for the Tomb of Tran Minh Hien and his wife Nhi Bao.

According to the Genealogy, Tran Minh Hien (1302-1344) was the second son of King Tran Anh Tong. He had the merit of pacifying the Champa invaders and governing the people. When King Tran Anh Tong passed away, the crown prince succeeded to the throne, named Minh Tong Hoang De, and granted Minh Hien Cong a fief in Kim Hoa district, Tu Son prefecture, Kinh Bac province. When arriving at Trang Thanh Tuoc, seeing the terrain in the estate with beautiful rivers and mountains, in front of which was the palace of Ma Tuong Quan from the Eastern Han Dynasty that had deteriorated, Minh Hien Cong decided to renovate, build a campus and live there. He divided Thanh Tuoc estate into 5 camps: Trai Loc, Trai Han, Trai Tien, Trai Hau and Trai Thuong (later Trai May).

The wife of Duke Ming Xian was named Bao Nuong, daughter of the Chief of Dai Man Province, Tran Nguyen, and her mother was Dinh Thi Tuan. She was a woman of both talent and beauty, possessing "virtue, beauty, speech, and conduct". At the age of 19, she married Duke Ming Xian and they lived together in Trang Thanh Tuoc Palace, Kim Hoa District.
Thanks to his victory over the Champa invaders, the king awarded Minh Hien Cong a golden plaque with the four words "BAO DAI DINH CONG".

After Minh Hien Cong passed away, the king conferred the title of Dai Vuong (National Ceremony Government), and granted 12 acres of land to the 5 camps of Trang Thanh Tuoc to become Ho Nhi people to worship him. Later, when Lady Nhi Bao passed away, the people of the 5 camps of Thanh Tuoc took her to Duong Pha where Minh Hien Cong's tomb was located to bury her with him.
To remember the great contributions of Minh Hien Cong, the people honored him as Thanh Hoang and worshiped him at the village temple. Since then, every year, the people of the 5 villages held a ceremony in the 3rd and 7th lunar months.

The tombs of Bao Dai Dinh Cong Dai Vuong, Thuong Dang Than Tran Minh Hien and his wife Nhi Bao were buried in Duong Pha, Thanh Tuoc village, now Dong Mieu village, Phu Huu village, Thanh Lam commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi city.

In recent years, the officials and people of Thanh Lam commune have actively mobilized resources to build, renovate and expand the mausoleum. Up to now, the mausoleum has become a spiritual work with spacious architecture and spacious grounds, worthy of his contributions.

On August 19, 2024, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 4320/QD-UBND on ranking the city-level Historical - Cultural Relic for the Tomb of Tran Minh Hien and his wife Nhi Bao.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Me Linh District People's Committee Le Van Khuong presented flowers to congratulate the officials and people of Thanh Lam commune, and affirmed: The recognition of the tomb of Tran Minh Hien and his wife Nhi Bao as a city-level historical and cultural relic is not only a joy and pride but also demonstrates the sense of responsibility, solidarity and determination of all officials, party members and local people in preserving and promoting traditional cultural values. Therefore, in the coming time, it is recommended that the Party Committee, government, departments, organizations and people of Thanh Lam commune continue to propagate and educate about historical and cultural traditions, strengthen the protection, preservation and promotion of the value of the relic according to the provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage...
