Pursuant to Decree No. 112/2024/ND-CP dated September 11, 2024 of the Government detailing regulations on rice-growing land;
Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Document No. 3525/UBND-DC on drafting the Submission and Resolution on legal norms to be submitted to the regular mid-year meeting of the Provincial People's Council in 2025;
The Department of Agriculture and Environment has drafted the Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee and the Draft Resolution stipulating the principles, scope, support levels and use of support funds related to rice-growing land in Lam Dong province. In order to have a basis to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the People's Council for consideration and promulgation of the Resolution in accordance with regulations, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requests Lam Dong Newspaper to coordinate in publishing the above draft documents to collect opinions from directly affected subjects, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals (stipulated in Point b, Clause 4, Article 2, Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government).
