On the afternoon of October 14, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation held a conference to collect opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Securities Law, the Accounting Law, the Independent Audit Law, the State Budget Law, the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets, the Tax Administration Law, and the National Reserve Law. Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates affirmed that the development of the Law Project is in line with practical requirements, will promote growth, control inflation and stabilize the macro-economy; promptly remove difficulties for production and business activities of people and enterprises; improve the investment and business environment; promote decentralization and delegation of power in the development of mechanisms, policies, laws, planning, inspection and supervision; clear and effectively use all resources for development, taking public investment and State resources as the guide and activating all other legal resources.
Commenting on the Draft Law, delegates proposed to clearly define decentralization, delegation of authority and improve efficiency in the management and use of public assets; amend and supplement a number of articles of the Law on Tax Administration related to regulations on interest payment, tax refund, investigation of violations, handling and enforcement of tax debts, determination of late payment fees, management of e-commerce tax, strengthening public service responsibilities to ensure fairness, equality, transparency, and increase revenue for the State budget...
Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, highly appreciated the enthusiastic and responsible contributions of the delegates. At the same time, absorbing the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will synthesize the opinions to serve the research work, and participate in giving opinions at the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.
