The Emulation and Reward Committee of Ha Tinh province has just issued a document to solicit public opinions on rewarding individuals for their resistance achievements.
Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated November 26, 2003 and the Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated June 14, 2005 and November 16, 2013; Decree No. 91/2017/ND-CP dated July 31, 2017 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Circular No. 12/2019/TT-BNV dated November 4, 2019 of the Ministry of Home Affairs detailing the implementation of a number of articles of Decree No. 91/2017/ND-CP dated July 31, 2017 of the Government, the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board solicited public opinions on Ha Tinh Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station on the proposal for the President to award medals and resistance medals to 6 individuals in Huong Son district.
In which, the Second Class Anti-American Resistance Medal was awarded to Mr. Dao Manh Tri (original hometown: Son Ninh commune, Huong Son district; residence: Son Tay commune, Huong Son district); the Third Class Anti-American Resistance Medal was awarded to Mr. Nguyen Dinh Loi (original hometown: Son Trung commune, Huong Son district; residence: Son Tay commune, Huong Son district).
Awarding the Second Class Anti-American Resistance Medal to 4 individuals: Mr. Le Van Tao (original hometown: Son Thuy commune, now Kim Hoa commune, Huong Son district; residence: Kim Hoa commune, Huong Son district); Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang (original hometown: Viet Tien commune, Thach Ha district; residence: Son Tay commune, Huong Son district); Mr. Nguyen Dinh Long (original hometown and residence: Son Tay commune, Huong Son district); Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung (original hometown: An Phu commune, Vu Quang district; residence: Son Long commune, Huong Son district).
People can give their opinions by sending a document (with signature, full name, phone number, contact address) and sending it to the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board (No. 86, Phan Dinh Phung Street, Ha Tinh City).
After 10 days of posting, if there is no feedback from the People, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee will carry out the procedures and processes to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the levels of rewards according to regulations.
