Collecting opinions to complete the social opinion survey "People's satisfaction with the quality of medical examination and treatment under health insurance"

Implementing the Project to improve the effectiveness of political , ideological, propaganda and mobilization work in Lao Cai province in 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has developed a plan to investigate public opinion and draft a form to serve the investigation of public opinion.

At the workshop, delegates gave their opinions to complete the survey form so that the social opinion survey can ensure the assessment of people's satisfaction with health insurance examination and treatment services; service attitude of medical staff; quality of medical facilities and equipment; examination and treatment procedures and waiting time; transparency in examination and treatment costs; and people's ability to access medical services at medical facilities in the province.

After listening to comments on the survey form for public opinion, comrade Duong Duc Huy, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, concluded: The survey questions need to address two contents: Accessibility to health insurance and quality of health insurance examination and treatment services at medical facilities in the province; ask open questions, comparative questions to collect many objective opinions...

The information and questions in the survey form will be supplemented and changed by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department according to the content agreed upon at the workshop and sent back to the members to soon conduct a survey on public opinion on people's satisfaction with the quality of medical examination and treatment under health insurance; promptly adjust and perfect policies to improve the quality of services, medical examination and treatment; create favorable conditions for health insurance participants when going to medical examination and treatment at medical facilities in the province.
