Establishing a land database for border communes in Quang Nam

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of the provinces.
Tay Giang and Nam Giang districts and related sectors study the opinions of the Department of Land Registration and Information Data (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) in Official Dispatch No. 1188 to advise and propose competent authorities to consider and agree to add the tasks of surveying, establishing cadastral records, granting land use right certificates and building land databases for border communes to approved projects for synchronous implementation in the district, ensuring the required progress.

Previously, in Official Dispatch No. 1188, the Department of Land Registration and Information Data (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) said that according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 50 of the 2024 Land Law, the Provincial People's Committee is responsible for organizing the measurement, correction, management of cadastral maps in the locality and updating the national land database.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has no plan to implement the project "Completing land surveying, establishing cadastral records, granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land, and building a land database for border districts" in 2024.

Therefore, in order to soon complete the local land management task plan, synchronize the work of surveying, establishing cadastral records, issuing land use right certificates, and building land databases in communes in mountainous districts of the province; the Provincial People's Committee organizes the implementation of surveying, establishing cadastral records, issuing land use right certificates, and building land databases in border districts of the province.

After approval, submit 1 set (in digital form) of technical design and estimate to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment along with the Approval Decision for management and monitoring.
