Previously, on April 6, 2025, on Facebook, a photo of a wedding convoy running on National Highway 5 (Hai Phong - Hanoi ), passing through Phu Thai town (Kim Thanh), about 200m past Phuc Thanh overpass, violated traffic laws.

Car 34A-689.62 led the convoy. Inside the car, a young man wearing a black vest in the back seat stuck his head out the sunroof, his right hand holding a flare, facing the back of the wedding convoy.

Behind was car 34A-744.94. In the front right seat, a woman also held a flare out the window.

Going parallel to car 34A-689.62 in lane 3 (a mixed lane for motorbikes and non-motorized vehicles), two young men on a motorbike (a black Honda, license plate unknown) were not wearing helmets. The young man sitting behind was holding a red paper firecracker.

Immediately after receiving the feedback, the Road Traffic Police Team invited those involved in the incident to the headquarters to work.

The police determined that Mr. TDT, born in 1998 in Ngu Phuc Commune (Kim Thanh), was the person wearing a black vest who stuck his head out of the sunroof of car 34A-689.62. Mr. DVC, born in 1999, also in Ngu Phuc Commune, was the driver of the car. Mr. T. and Mr. C. were aware of the violation.

The Road Traffic Police Team (Traffic Police Department) has drawn up an administrative violation record for Mr. DVC for driving a car carrying a passenger without wearing a seat belt while the car is moving; and Mr. TDT for carrying a passenger without wearing a seat belt.

The names and addresses of the two young men on the motorbike are currently unknown. The police will continue to verify and handle them according to regulations.
