Employees of parent company Viettel have an average income of more than 45 million VND/month.

(Dan Tri) - With the highest profit in the past 10 years, in 2023, the average income of Viettel employees and its subsidiaries will be nearly 31 million VND and at the parent company will be more than 45 million VND/person/month.
The Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel) announced its 2023 business performance report. Total consolidated revenue reached VND 172,520 billion, up 5.4% compared to 2022, exceeding the plan by 2.2%. Consolidated pre-tax profit reached VND 46,331 billion, the highest in 10 years, up more than 2.6% compared to 2022. Consolidated after-tax profit reached VND 35,267 billion, up slightly by 1%; exceeding the set plan by 4.6% and 4.1%, respectively.

For the parent company, in 2023, Viettel achieved VND 103,571 billion in revenue, VND 40,009 billion in pre-tax profit and VND 32,155 billion in after-tax profit. These targets all exceeded the annual plan. Notably, the average income of employees at Viettel and its subsidiaries was VND 30.63 million/person/month (compared to the planned level of VND 29.22 million). In particular, the average income of employees of the parent company was VND 45.42 million/person/month (the plan was VND 44.68 million). As of December 31, 2023, Viettel's total consolidated assets were recorded at VND 296,249 billion, an increase of VND 11,987 billion compared to the beginning of the year. The majority of total assets are short-term assets at VND 230,067 billion, of which short-term financial investments are VND 137,583 billion. Liabilities are at VND 106,595 billion, down more than VND 601 billion compared to the beginning of the year, of which 69% is short-term debt.
