As of 7:00 a.m. on September 20, 22 transformer stations in Lao Cai province were still without power, affecting 1,002 customers. After many days of efforts, Lao Cai Electricity Company has restored power to 100% of customers in Bao Thang, Sa Pa, and Muong Khuong districts.
After the impact of storm No. 3, the entire Lao Cai province faced numerous difficulties, especially widespread power outages. According to statistics from Lao Cai Electricity Company, as of September 11, 554 transformer stations were damaged, many 220kV and 110kV lines had to be taken out of operation, affecting 46,301 customers.

After 9 days of urgent and focused efforts to overcome the consequences, up to now, 98% of customers affected by floods have had their power restored. The specific situation in the localities is as follows:
