Phu My City leaders compare the route map and the status of land handover of the T. planning road. |
Accordingly, the delegation surveyed the planned road T of Phu My new urban area, Phu My resettlement area (phase 1), planned road S parallel to National Highway 51, and the project to expand Phu My - Toc Tien road.
At each project, Phu My City leaders listened to the Management Board of Construction Investment and Land Fund Development Projects report on each specific case, outstanding issues, progress of the handling process and solutions proposed by the investor.
For each specific case, the Secretary of the Phu My City Party Committee clearly pointed out the tasks that departments, offices, wards and communes must do immediately with a deadline for completion, with a strong determination to remove obstacles and speed up the completion of projects to create momentum for socio-economic development.
The planned road S parallel to National Highway 51 has been completed from the beginning of My Xuan ward to Tan Phuoc ward, but there are still 4 households that have not yet handed over the land. According to the Secretary of the Phu My City Party Committee, the city's viewpoint is to actively propagate and mobilize people to voluntarily hand over the land for the project, but will also take strong measures, review the responsibilities of related organizations and individuals who intentionally do not comply with the policy, delay, and drag out the handover of the land, causing a delay in the socio-economic development of the locality.
