* Comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, led the delegation to visit and present gifts to veteran revolutionary cadres, meritorious people, and typical policy families in Pho Yen City. The delegation visited two families in Thanh Cong commune: Mr. Dam Quang Dinh, born in 1955 in Xuan Ha 4 hamlet. Mr. Dinh enlisted in August 1973 at Company 22, Brigade 299, Corps 1; directly participated in the resistance war from March 1975 to April 30, 1975 in Dong Xoai, Bien Hoa and was exposed to toxic chemicals (41%-60%). Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, born in 1955, in Xuan Duong hamlet, was exposed to toxic chemicals (41-60%). In August 1973, Mr. Toan enlisted in Battalion 2, Regiment 585, directly participated in the Tay Nguyen Campaign and Ho Chi Minh Campaign on the fronts: Buon Ma Thuot, Trang Bang, Dong Du, Tay Ninh, from March 9, 1975 to April 30, 1975.

At the places visited, Comrade Trinh Viet Hung and the delegation kindly inquired about the health and life of the families, expressed deep gratitude for the contributions of the previous generation who participated in liberating the South, unifying the country, contributing to bringing independence and freedom to the nation. He wished that the policy beneficiaries and meritorious people would always maintain their health and continue to be a shining example for their descendants to follow. In particular, he would propagate to the people to understand and agree with the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws, especially in the historical period of the country, implementing the merger of the two provinces of Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan and rearranging commune-level administrative units.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Secretary and the Working Group sent gifts to visit and encourage the two families of Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Loan, born in 1952 in Nong Vu 1 hamlet, Van Phai commune; a resistance fighter infected with 81% of toxic chemicals and Mr. Dinh Quang Vinh, born in 1953, in Tan Hoa hamlet, Van Phai commune, infected with toxic chemicals (41%-60%); 23% of war invalids.
