The thematic exhibition: “Red Nghe Tinh in the heart of the people” of the Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum (Nghe An) aims to help people of all walks of life, especially today's young generation, understand more deeply about President Ho Chi Minh's feelings and care for the Nghe Tinh Soviet.

Leaders of Ha Tinh and Nghe An provinces and delegates attended the thematic exhibition.

On the afternoon of September 9, the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An directed the Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum to organize the opening of the thematic exhibition: "Red Nghe Tinh in the hearts of the people" and meet with the families of the Nghe Tinh Soviet soldiers. This is also a prominent activity in the series of activities towards the anniversary of Nghe Tinh Soviet Day (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2023).

Standing Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung and Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu also attended.

The speech at the exhibition reviewed the journey of national salvation of leader Nguyen Ai Quoc and the process of building his revolutionary base. Also from the training and guidance of the talented leader, excellent students such as: comrade Tran Phu, comrade Le Hong Phong, comrade Ha Huy Tap, comrade Ho Tung Mau, comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai... became the first people to sow revolutionary seeds in their homeland Nghe Tinh and the whole country. That explains why Nghe An - Ha Tinh soon became the revolutionary center of the whole country in the years 1930 - 1931.

When the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement broke out, although leader Nguyen Ai Quoc was working abroad, he still closely followed each struggle to work with the Party Central Committee to shape and direct the movement, and to encourage the people's fighting spirit. Returning to his homeland, he also went to lay a wreath in memory of the soldiers who heroically sacrificed their lives in the demonstration on September 12, 1930; met and took souvenir photos with the Nghe Tinh Soviet soldiers.

In 1964, he signed the Preface to the Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum and advised: "Cadres, party members, youth union members and all Nghe Tinh people need to unite closely and enthusiastically compete to build Nghe An - Ha Tinh into two exemplary provinces, worthy of being the homeland of the heroic Nghe Tinh Soviet".

With that meaning, the exhibition with the theme "Red Nghe Tinh in the heart of the people" is organized to help people of all walks of life, especially today's young generation, understand more deeply about President Ho Chi Minh's feelings and concern for the Nghe Tinh Soviet.

Standing Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung and Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu and delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the thematic exhibition.

Nearly 100 photo documents, the exhibition content is divided into 2 topics: Sowing the seeds of revolution and President Ho Chi Minh with the Nghe Tinh Soviet. Among these are many valuable documents exploited from the national archives of the Russian Federation, France, England... reflecting the feelings, interests, and concerns of leader Nguyen Ai Quoc for the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement. These are also valuable documents for researchers on issues related to President Ho Chi Minh and the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement.

Also at the program, relatives of the Soviet soldiers of Nghe Tinh province met and shared memories and pride about their fathers' generation.
