According to the announcement of the Party Central Committee Office, on the morning of August 3, the 13th Party Central Committee met to introduce personnel and elect the General Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee. At the conference, based on the Party's regulations and the Politburo's orientation on introducing personnel, the Central Committee promoted a sense of responsibility, focused on intelligence, discussed democratically, respected and reached a very high consensus with 100% of the votes to elect President To Lam as General Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee.
