On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the Tho Xuan District Party Committee's traditional day (July 22, 1930 - July 22, 2024), on the morning of July 22, Tho Xuan District Party Committee organized a flower and incense offering ceremony at Yen Truong Revolutionary Historical Site, Tho Lap Commune.
Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Le Dinh Hai, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the District People's Council; comrades members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Standing Committee of the District People's Council, leaders of the District People's Committee; representatives of leaders of some departments, unions at the district level and Tho Lap commune.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the Standing Committee of Tho Xuan District Party Committee and the delegation observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of the first generation of loyal communist soldiers, who contributed to building the Tho Xuan District Party Committee in particular and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee in general, laying the foundation for the revolutionary movement of Thanh Hoa province.
94 years ago, on July 22, 1930, in Yen Truong village, Tho Lap commune, under the leadership of the Bac Ky regional committee, Yen Truong Party cell - the first Party cell of Tho Xuan district was established. Along with Ham Ha, Yen Truong made history when it was chosen as the place to hold the congress to establish the Thanh Hoa provincial Party Committee. Immediately after its establishment, Yen Truong Party cell raised high the flag of leadership and revolutionary struggle, becoming a milestone in the history of the revolutionary struggle of Thanh Hoa province.
Following the tradition and example of previous generations, the Party Committee, government and people of Tho Xuan district vow to unite and be determined to follow the path chosen by the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, and revolutionary predecessors, striving to create positive changes in socio-economic development, national defense and security, and building a truly clean and strong Party Committee. Specifically: In the process of building and developing the homeland, Tho Xuan district has achieved many great achievements over the years; Successfully implementing the Resolution of the 27th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025; Resolution No. 10 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on building and developing Tho Xuan district to 2030, with a vision to 2045; Strive to build Tho Xuan district to become one of the leading districts of the province by 2025, Tho Xuan town by 2030, and a civilized, modern, model urban area of the whole province by 2045.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the delegation came to burn incense in memory of comrade Le Van Sy, one of the first three members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, at the private home of Mr. Le Van Thin, son of comrade Le Van Sy; visited and gave gifts to encourage the family.
