In particular, universities, including Southeast Asian universities, are advised to develop and implement a clear development strategy for the school, including orientation towards education, research and international cooperation.
According to Professor Kathleen Bortolin, universities should encourage the participation of students, professors and external partners in the process of shaping their academic and administrative environments.
In particular, the application of information technology in management will help improve efficiency and transparency in the leadership process. A good information management system helps educational leaders easily make decisions and allocate resources.
