- On the afternoon of April 3, the Provincial Police held a meeting to promote the implementation of electronic identification registration for businesses and cooperatives in the area.
Colonel Le Dang Khoa, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department chaired the conference. Attending the conference were leaders of the Department of Finance; leaders of the Provincial Business Association; representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Police Department's professional departments and police commanders of communes, wards and towns in Cao Loc district and Lang Son city.
The meeting assessed the implementation of Project 06 of the Government, in which the Provincial Police advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue a peak plan on electronic identification registration for agencies and organizations in the area. The goal is to speed up the process of granting electronic identification accounts, serving the settlement of administrative procedures, providing online public services, contributing to promoting socio-economic development. According to the direction of the Ministry of Public Security , the granting of electronic identification accounts to 100% of enterprises and cooperatives must be completed before June 20, 2025.
Currently, there are more than 6,000 enterprises in the province. In recent times, agencies, units, and localities have actively implemented and guided representatives of agencies, organizations, and enterprises to register for accounts. However, to date, only 81 units have completed the registration of electronic identification accounts - a number that is still very low compared to the plan.
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the results achieved, pointing out difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. At the same time, many important solutions were proposed to accelerate the progress of granting electronic identification accounts to enterprises and cooperatives with the goal of striving for 100% of enterprises and cooperatives to complete electronic identification registration by June 20, 2025.
Concluding the meeting, the provincial police leaders emphasized the importance of registering for electronic identification in supporting the settlement of administrative procedures, reducing paperwork, and saving time for agencies, units, and enterprises. At the same time, this is also a tool to help management agencies monitor and supervise business activities closely and transparently, contributing to limiting negativity. The provincial police leaders requested units to continue to promote propaganda and guide enterprises and cooperatives to register for electronic identification accounts, ensuring the completion of the set goals on schedule.
