About 3km from the center of Hoi An ancient town, there is a small vegetable village but it always attracts tourists, regardless of Vietnamese or foreigners. That famous vegetable village is Tra Que.
Tra Que vegetable village is located in Cam Ha town, an area formed more than 300 years ago, surrounded by De Vong river and Tra Que lagoon, so it has special favors from nature. No need for chemical fertilizers, vegetables grow on loose soil mixed with humus algae to grow lushly, creating a unique color for Tra Que vegetables.

Not only providing herbs for the whole region, now the vegetable villagers also open "homestays" for tourists to experience growing clean vegetables with farmers.
If you do not grow vegetables, visitors can sit at the home restaurant in the village to enjoy delicious Hoi An dishes with clean home-grown vegetables: sweet organic shrimp dish with river shrimp and naturally raised pork - mixed with the seductive aroma of purple basil, stir-fried mussels with Vietnamese coriander, onions with rich flavor...
At the end of the day, there is nothing better than soaking your feet in herbs taken from the gardens in Tra Que, to recharge your energy and fully feel the vitality of Quang Nam land.
