Voter Nguyen Huy Quang (Nam Phong commune, Phu Xuyen district) reported the serious deterioration of the system of underpasses and highway access roads, causing traffic insecurity. In particular, people were upset about the inadequacies in the procedures for dividing land with the letter T on the land use right certificate. According to the report, the low land area limit makes it impossible for people to convert the purpose to residential land, causing difficulties in stabilizing their lives, especially for households with many children.

Voter Pham Ngoc Thang (Quang Ha commune, Phu Xuyen district) requested the Government to consider providing financial support for officials who retire early under the staff streamlining program. In addition, Mr. Thang proposed investing in building more industrial clusters in the locality to create livelihoods and jobs for the people.
