On the evening of October 29, the People's Committee of Dinh Hoa district organized the ATK Dinh Hoa Ethnic Cultural Colors Festival in 2024. This is one of the practical activities to celebrate the Third-class Labor Medal Ceremony and announce the decision to recognize the district as meeting new rural standards in 2023.

In his opening speech, Mr. Pham Quang Sang - Vice Chairman of Dinh Hoa District People's Committee said that Dinh Hoa is a mountainous district of Thai Nguyen province, with 17 ethnic groups, of which ethnic minorities account for over 73% of the district's population. The ethnic groups live together, gather together, unite and help each other develop the economy and society, with different customs, habits and cultures, which are the important basis and foundation for Dinh Hoa district to focus on developing cultural tourism and community tourism.

Currently, Dinh Hoa district has 26 cultural and artistic clubs.

Through the implementation of programs and projects on cultural preservation, it has contributed to raising awareness among the people, orienting the promotion of the role of people voluntarily preserving cultural heritage in the community, relying on cultural heritage to develop the economy through local tourism activities.
