On April 16, the Fly To Sky charity group started decorating the library with many funny drawings, arranging the book titles for students to easily look up. At the same time, the group donated 550 books and children's stories to the school. The books were mobilized by the group from bookstores, philanthropists and the "Exchange Books for Trees" program.

Receiving the bookcase, Mr. Hoang Van Tung - Principal of the school - shared: The project "White Dove Bookcase" is very meaningful, adding books and making the school library more beautiful. The students are very excited and come to the library more often.

The “White Dove Bookcase” project has been implemented by the Fly To Sky charity group since 2019 with the desire to spread reading culture, create reading habits for children in disadvantaged areas; contribute to improving the quality and quantity of books in libraries.

Mr. Le Van Phuc - Head of the Fly To Sky charity group - confided: "White Dove Library" is a project in the field of supportingeducation and developing a community reading culture. Over the years, the group has donated 20 libraries and bookcases to schools in disadvantaged areas and social protection facilities. By donating the library on "Good Deed Day", the group hopes to spread the message "Anyone, at any time, everyone can do good deeds".

During the “Good Deed Day”, the An Khe Golden Heart Club under the National Volunteer Network also presented 25 welfare bags (each bag worth 600,000 VND) to orphans in Dak Po district. The cost of the gifts was contributed by volunteers in the Club and called for support from benefactors.

Not only on April 16, the Club has implemented many response activities in April 2023 such as: giving nutritious meals and cakes to 100 children in But village (An Thanh commune, Dak Po district); giving 18 gifts to poor households and children in Kong Yang commune (Kong Chro district); distributing porridge, bread, milk to 100 patients at Dak Po district Medical Center...

Good Deeds Day is an annual activity aimed at good human values. This movement was initiated in Israel in 2007 by businesswoman and philanthropist Shari Arison. In Vietnam, "Good Deeds Day" was initiated and implemented annually by the National Volunteer Center since 2017 with many meaningful activities, aiming to bring joy and happiness to everyone and towards positive values.

Ms. Phan Thi Nhung - Head of the An Khe Golden Heart Club - said: "Every month, the club regularly organizes activities for people in difficult circumstances. We feel happy because we can bring joy and share difficulties with everyone. Good deeds need to be multiplied every day, so that every day of the year is a "Good Deed Day".

Responding to "Good Deed Day", Kbang Charity Club connected with benefactors, coordinated with the Vietnam Youth Union of the district to organize the program "Sending love" at Kon Pne Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities. In the 2022-2023 school year, the whole school has 254 students, 99% of whom are ethnic minorities. Before organizing the program, the Club conducted a survey to grasp the situation as well as the needs of the school. 100 warm blankets, 1,200 notebooks and 260 ballpoint pens were given to the school's students.

Mr. Tran Van Ung - Head of Kbang Charity Club - said: "The gifts are not big but the children happily received them. Through this activity, the club hopes to share some of the difficulties with the school and spread good deeds in the community."

Not only responding to “Good Deed Day”, every month, clubs, teams, and volunteer groups organize activities towards the community. Through specific actions, volunteers have contributed to nurturing and spreading the kindness of each person to difficult circumstances in society.
