According to a report by the People's Committee of Ngoc Hoi District, the total number of households from Hoa Binh province who have migrated to the district under the program is currently 764; including 24 poor households, 21 near-poor households, 7 households with excellent production and business activities, and the majority of the remaining households are well-off. Over the years, the Party committees and authorities at all levels of the district have consistently cared for the spiritual and material well-being of the Hoa Binh province migrants who have settled and worked in the district. They have regularly directed and implemented measures to boost commodity production, aiming to increase income and improve living standards for the people, focusing on healthcare, education development, raising intellectual standards, and organizing activities to preserve and promote ethnic cultural identity. In general, the people have complied well with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and local regulations. At the same time, fulfill your civic duty in maintaining political security and social order in rural areas.

In a spirit of democracy and responsibility, at the meeting, voters from ethnic minority groups in Hoa Binh province residing in Ngoc Hoi district requested that the provincial authorities pay attention to investing in the construction of traditional Muong stilt houses for the people of Bac Phong village, Po Y commune and Hao Ly village, Sa Loong commune in Ngoc Hoi district. This would provide them with a place for daily life, meetings, and storage of Muong products, tools, and cultural artifacts, contributing to the preservation of the traditional and distinctive culture of the ethnic group.

In particular, voters hope that the Hoa Binh provincial government will create favorable conditions and organize visits to encourage and support the people, especially during holidays and festivals, so that they have more motivation and peace of mind to live and develop their economy more strongly in their second homeland. At the same time, they hope for attention and support in helping people learn and develop community tourism in their hometowns to apply in their current living areas. This will help preserve and promote the Muong cultural identity in Ngoc Hoi district and increase the income of the local people.

Acknowledging the heartfelt and responsible opinions of the voters, Central Committee member, State Auditor General, and National Assembly representative from Hoa Binh province, Ngo Van Tuan, expressed his hope that ethnic minority voters would uphold the tradition of solidarity, always preserve the traditional cultural identity of their ethnic groups, and remain connected to their homeland. He also thanked the Party Committee and government of Kon Tum province in general, and Ngoc Hoi district in particular, for creating favorable conditions for the people to develop their household economies and settle permanently in the Ngoc Hoi area.

Regarding the legitimate concerns of voters in preserving and promoting the Muong ethnic culture in Ngoc Hoi, the State Auditor General suggested that all levels of government consider and provide support to the people. This would contribute to the preservation, safeguarding, and promotion of the fine traditional cultural values ​​of the ethnic group.

On this occasion, the Hoa Binh Provincial National Assembly Delegation presented 296 gifts to households in Bac Phong village, Po Y commune, Ngoc Hoi district; 100 gifts to poor and near-poor households in Ngoc Hoi district; 5 solidarity houses to Kon Tum province; and a set of gongs and drums to the government and people of Ngoc Hoi district.
