The program carries the message "Reading culture - Connecting the community", "Entering the era of national growth with books", "Reading books - Enriching knowledge, nurturing aspirations, promoting innovation and creativity".

Practical activities include cultural and artistic exchanges, watching documentaries, discussing and sharing the meaning of reading culture, arranging art books, displaying and introducing books related to the themes of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh .

The event attracted a large number of cadres, soldiers, union members and association members to participate, creating an exciting and united atmosphere.
