Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Truong Thien To emphasized: "The key activities have refined, preserved and transmitted the most basic and typical features of the qualities and image of Uncle Ho's soldiers; contributing to educating revolutionary ideals, arousing faith, responsibility and spirit of serving the Fatherland for the young generation in the Army".

At the conference, many opinions pointed out that in the 2026-2030 period, it is necessary to continue to maintain and develop literature, art, and military journalism. The focus is on strengthening leadership and direction of cultural, literary, and artistic work throughout the army. It is necessary to develop content, implement appropriate action plans, and identify key points.

Investment in creative activities and promotion of the armed forces, revolutionary war, the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers and the tasks of the Army in the new situation must be carried out effectively. Along with that, it is necessary to focus on training, arranging and using high-quality human resources. The staff of the cultural, literary, artistic and press sectors must improve their capacity and professional qualifications.

On this occasion, the Minister of National Defense and the Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army decided to award certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing key activities on culture, literature, arts, and military journalism in the 2021-2025 period and in mobilizing creation and promotion on the topic of armed forces and revolutionary war in the 2021-2025 period.
