Famous singer Cam Van released the LP album " Vet roan tram" including the song of the same name and the songs: What age is left for me, Like a flying stork, Mother's folk song, Love remembers, Lullaby for us, Where are the waves going, Old people and babies on the occasion of commemorating the 24th anniversary of musician Trinh Cong Son's death.

She sang two songs , Ca dao me and Vet luan tram, with her daughter - singer CeCe Truong.

Having sung Trinh's music for over 40 years, Cam Van adjusted most of her familiar singing style in the new LP, specifically the jazz style recorded live with the band.

The album was composed and performed by musician Nguyen Cong Phuong Nam - currently working at the German Army Jazz Orchestra - and played piano. The style leans towards rustic acoustic from instruments to vocals.

Listening to the album again, Cam Van felt emotional and satisfied when she sang Trinh's music differently than she had in the past 40 years. She sang "Where are the Waves" during her visit to musician Trinh Cong Son in his final days in a passionate and powerful way, but the version of "Where are the Waves" by Cam Van at the age of 66 was relaxed and light.

The event gathered many famous artists: saxophone artist Tran Manh Tuan, singer Dam Vinh Hung, singer Duong Trieu Vu, photographer Le Thanh Hai, singer Trinh Vinh Trinh...

Dam Vinh Hung's appearance amidst the noisy lawsuit attracted attention. He received the vinyl from Cam Van, continuously calling it a "masterpiece" and giving many sweet words to his senior.

"The first time I heard Ms. Van sing Trinh's music was the song "Quietly here" around 1987-1988. I was always impressed by how good the song was and how good the singer was. She has always been a famous singer in my heart. The vinyl record was the motivation for me to complete the product I had left unfinished for so long," he shared.
