GenAI Summit 2024 will bring the latest advances in Generative AI technology.
The conference is expected to welcome more than 1,000 in-person attendees, including leading experts shaping the future of AI, including major businesses, leading intellectuals and pioneers in AI research.
In particular, the Conference was attended by Mr. Jeff Dean, Chief Scientist of Google, co-founder of Google Brain, Google Translate, Gemini and many products that have helped Google dominate the global technology industry, often honored as the "Engineer Saint" at Google.
GenAI Summit 2024 is the first conference on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in Vietnam. The conference will focus on three main topics: “GenAI Platform Model”, “GenAI Practical Applications” and “Opportunities for Vietnam”.
In the “GenAI Foundational Model” section, speakers who are professors, researchers, and scientists will share in depth about advanced technologies that promote the development of LLM (Large Language Model).
In the “Practical Applications of GenAI” session, senior business leaders will discuss the transformational potential and applications of GenAI in healthcare, education, and social life.
The conference will conclude with the theme “Opportunities for Vietnam”, where investors and leaders of major domestic and foreign AI corporations will discuss the impact of GenAI on Vietnam's technological and economic growth, as well as Vietnam's opportunities and challenges on the path to becoming one of the leading countries in AI.
“This will be the most exciting GenAI conference ever, not only in Vietnam but also in the region,” said co-organizer Dr. Nguyen Minh Thang. “This is also the first time Jeff Dean, Google’s chief scientist, has visited Vietnam with world-renowned experts and entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley. I am very happy that it will take place right in Vietnam. Tech enthusiasts should not miss this opportunity.”

AI Summit is an annual event organized by New Turing Institute since 2018 to create a platform to connect the domestic artificial intelligence community with experts around the world. This year, the event has an additional co-organizer, Rethink Healthcare Foundation. The Ministry of Planning and Investment sponsors the organization.
After many years of successful organization, AI Summit has become a meaningful science and technology event with a prominent position in Southeast Asia.
AI Summit 2023 attracted more than 3,600 attendees (in person and online), more than 100 businesses and multinational corporations, with leading speakers including Mr. Sam Altman (CEO of OpenAI), Professor Christopher Manning (Director of Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL).
