First time detecting fake fireworks with Ministry of Defense trademark

On October 12, Market Management Team No. 1 coordinated with Market Management Team No. 4 to conduct a surprise inspection and discovered a fireworks business establishment at a 2nd floor apartment, a mini apartment located deep in a residential area, located at No. 23, Lane 3, Thai Ha Street, Dong Da, Hanoi, gathering and trading in counterfeit fireworks of Chemical One Member Co., Ltd. 21 - Ministry of National Defense (located in Phu Ho Commune, Phu Tho Town, Phu Tho Province).

At the time of inspection, working directly with the delegation was Mr. NVT, witnessed by Mr. PTT and police officers of Trung Liet ward, Dong Da, Hanoi.

The delegation discovered 1,459 fireworks launchers of various sizes, packaged in boxes and launchers, without invoices or documents.

Among these goods, it was confirmed on the spot that they were counterfeit goods of the 21 Chemical Company Limited - Ministry of National Defense. The inspection team temporarily detained all of the above goods to continue verifying and expanding to ensure thorough and strict handling according to the provisions of law.

According to the Market Management Force, this is the first case of counterfeit fireworks being discovered - an item strictly managed according to the law, to ensure fire prevention and safety for human health and life.

Especially with the tricks of storing and hiding counterfeit goods, especially gathering in mini apartments located deep in residential areas, there are potential dangers, not only for users but also a very high risk of fire and explosion for people living in Hanoi.

On the other hand, in this specific case, the Market Management force initially effectively prevented counterfeit goods from being circulated, offered for sale, and traded through social networking platforms and the Internet.
