According to the Hai Duong Department of Transport, since the beginning of the year, there have been 5 cases of health check-ups to issue and renew driver's licenses and to register for driving lessons that were found positive for drugs.

These cases have had their driving licenses revoked by authorities, and the training facility does not accept applications.

According to current regulations, drivers who test positive for drugs will have their licenses revoked and will not be reissued for a period of 5 years. When the 5-year period expires, if they need to, they must study and take the test to be granted a driver's license as for the first time.
