Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the implementation time of the Tam Tien Bridge and access road construction investment project in Nui Thanh district from 2018 - 2024 to 2018 - 2025.

The local government directs and urges the unit performing the work of compensation, site clearance, and resettlement to complete the remaining work to hand over the site on schedule as committed; directs the construction contractor to re-establish the detailed schedule for the remaining volume to start construction immediately after receiving the site.

The investor is responsible for the extension of the project implementation time, affecting investment efficiency and causing damage to related parties (if any); at the same time, clarify the responsibilities of organizations and individuals related to the delay in project implementation as required by the Provincial People's Committee in Notice No. 142 dated April 2, 2025.
