The People's Committees of communes and towns shall advise the People's Councils of communes and towns to implement and notify the convening of meetings of the People's Councils at the commune level to consider and pass the Resolution approving the policy of arranging administrative units at the provincial and communal levels in the district to be completed before April 15, 2025. At the same time, hold meetings of the People's Councils at the commune level to consider and pass the Resolution approving the policy of arranging administrative units at the provincial and communal levels; the People's Committees and People's Councils at the commune level shall complete the dossier and report to the People's Committees at the district level; store and preserve the opinion collection forms according to regulations to be completed by April 21, 2025.

For the district level, the District People's Council shall announce the convening of a meeting of the District People's Council to consider and approve the Resolution approving the policy of arranging provincial and commune-level administrative units in the district before April 15, 2025. Based on the results of the meeting of the District Party Executive Committee on the Project of arranging provincial-level administrative units and the Project of arranging commune-level administrative units, the District People's Council shall organize a meeting to consider and approve the Resolution approving the policy of arranging provincial and commune-level administrative units in Lam Ha district to be completed before April 26, 2025.

The District People's Committee synthesizes the opinions of voters representing households in the entire district and reports to the Department of Home Affairs for completion before April 22, 2025.
