Lam Ha converted more than 30 hectares of rice land to grow perennial and annual crops.

Lam Ha district is implementing a plan to convert 30.3 hectares of rice land to perennial and annual crops in the area. Of which, 25.3 hectares of single-crop rice land and 5 hectares of specialized rice land will be converted.

The largest area of rice land converted is in Dinh Van town with 21 hectares to grow annual crops (16 hectares) and perennial crops (5 hectares). Next, the communes converting rice land to grow annual crops include: Tan Van (3 hectares), Phu Son (3 hectares), Me Linh (2 hectares). The remaining area of rice land converted to grow perennial crops is 0.3 hectares in Da Don commune and 1 hectare in Tan Van commune.
