Mr. Le Ngoc Khanh, Vice Chairman of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial People's Committee, spoke at the workshop.

At the workshop, delegates made many suggestions for Ba Ria-Vung Tau province and the Southeast region to develop tourism.

Mr. Nguyen Dong Hoa, Deputy General Director of Saigontourist Group, said that localities need to have their own unique tourism products to complement other places in order to create a value chain in tourism linkage. Along with that, it is necessary to promote regional tourism and the characteristics of each place, and there should be preferential policies for businesses investing in tourism and travel in inter-provincial chains.

Many delegates enjoyed the unique cuisine of each region while attending the conference.

Speaking at the workshop, Mr. Le Ngoc Khanh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, said that cooperation and association in developing regional and regional tourism economy will bring development benefits to each locality, creating complete product and service chains. Through cooperation and association in the region, we can exchange, train and develop human resources, create high-quality products, and create a common image and brand for the whole region.

According to Mr. Khanh, Ba Ria-Vung Tau is located in the key economic zone of the South, with its own identity in terms of sea tourism products to create a difference.

Strengthening the connection between Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and other localities in the spirit of Resolution 24 of the Politburo (on socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the Southeast region until 2030, with a vision to 2045) is a necessary direction, ensuring the sustainable development of tourism activities.
