Lam Dong establishes Land Development Fund

The Land Development Fund is a non-budgetary state financial fund, with the function of providing capital to support site clearance, creating resettlement land funds, promoting land use rights auctions and implementing land support policies for ethnic minorities.

Before the fund was established, the capital was entrusted to the Lam Dong Provincial Development Investment Fund to manage and support 24 projects with a total disbursement of VND 431 billion. These projects have contributed to ensuring progress, stabilizing the lives of affected people and promoting the urbanization process.

In the coming period, the Land Development Fund will continue to provide capital for many important projects such as the construction of Duc Trong Square, the development of residential infrastructure in Di Linh, Don Duong and Grung Re with a demand of about 190 billion VND.

The establishment of the Land Development Fund is not only in accordance with legal regulations but also meets the practical needs of the province, helping to optimize resources, ensure transparency in land management and use, and create favorable conditions for socio-economic development.
