Lam Dong is about to auction 36 mineral mines, starting at 306 billion VND

(Dan Tri) - Lam Dong Province authorities will organize an auction for mineral exploitation rights for 36 mines. Among them, there is a mine in Da Huoai district, with the highest starting price of 55.7 billion VND.

Recently, the Property Auction Service Center, Department of Justice of Lam Dong province announced the organization of auction of mineral exploitation rights for construction materials for 36 mines that have not been explored or assessed for reserves. Of which, there are 22 land fill mines, 5 sand mines, 8 stone mines, and one brick and tile mine.

The total starting price for the auction of the exploitation rights of these 36 mines is over 306 billion VND. According to regulations, the units participating in the auction must deposit a total of over 61 billion VND (20% of the starting price).

The auction is scheduled to take place at 9:00 a.m. on February 20 at the Lam Dong Province Property Auction Service Center.

36 mineral mines put up for auction are scattered in localities such as Bao Loc city, Duc Trong district, Lam Ha, Lac Duong, Dam Rong, Don Duong, Di Linh, Da Huoai.

Of which, the construction stone quarry in My Duc commune (Da Huoai district) has the highest starting price of nearly 55.7 billion VND; the construction sand quarry in D'ran town (Don Duong district) has the lowest starting price of 9.6 million VND.
