The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Lam Dong province has just approved the content and funding to support small and medium enterprises in the agricultural sector in 2024.

Accordingly, 4 enterprises, including Lam Dong Agricultural Products and Foodstuff Joint Stock Company, Cordyceps Company Limited, Tang Vinh An Tea Company Limited, Phu Sy Tea Company Limited, are supported with information, brand development, connection and market expansion (Domestic trade promotion fairs and exhibitions); consulting support in building, applying, quality management systems and granting certification according to ISO 22000 standards.

Enterprises that commit to implementing the proposed support contents are responsible for preparing sufficient resources, human resources, facilities, and counterpart funds to implement the contents and items to ensure the achievement of goals and effectiveness in support; closely coordinate with the support management agency (Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Lam Dong) to carry out support documents, procedures, acceptance, and settlement of funds in accordance with regulations.

During the support implementation process, enterprises implementing appropriate consulting and certification contents, participating in trade promotion in provinces/cities need to grasp the situation, difficulties and problems to promptly resolve or recommend management agencies to support solutions and solutions; at the same time, strictly control output products according to the support registration standards of enterprises; organize research activities, learn, search for markets, promote products, promote trade after receiving support to expand business scale, increase product consumption output for enterprises.

"In case the unit receiving support violates the commitment and does not properly implement the supported content, the support will be terminated according to the violated content," noted the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Lam Dong province.

This agency also requires the Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development to base on the approval decision to sign contracts with units receiving support to implement the program; be responsible for implementing management, conducting support, and settling expenses of the management unit in accordance with regulations; be responsible for compliance with legal regulations and relevant documents on the contents and support levels from the state budget submitted for approval as mentioned above; at the same time, inspect, supervise and guide enterprises in implementing support contents, documents, procedures, acceptance, settlement of support expenses to ensure progress and regulations.

Based on the approved business support budget, the Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development, based on current regulations, deploys support contents to ensure compliance with support implementation regulations (consulting, management, etc.); regularly inspects and supervises the implementation process of the contents to ensure the objectives and effective implementation of financial support in accordance with regulations.
