A traffic accident involving two trucks on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet highway resulted in two injuries. This was the second consecutive accident in just one day.

At approximately 11 PM on July 24th, at Km160 on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway, near the Cho Lau intersection in Hai Ninh commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province, a collision occurred between two trucks, resulting in two people being seriously injured.
At that time, a truck with license plate 78C-049.39, driven by Mr. Nguyen Dung (born in 1970, residing in Phu Yen province), collided with a truck with license plate 77H-017.23, driven by Mr. Vo Xuan Ly (born in 1995, residing in Binh Dinh province).
The accident resulted in two people in the truck with license plate 77H - 017.23 sustaining serious injuries and requiring emergency medical attention; both trucks were severely damaged.
Following the incident, law enforcement officers arrived at the scene to regulate traffic, conduct a site inspection, and investigate the accident.
Earlier that same day (July 24), a traffic accident also occurred on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway (the section passing through Binh Thuan province) between a sleeper bus and a 16-seater passenger van that stopped in the emergency lane, resulting in 6 injuries.
