According to Lao Dong reporter (9:30 a.m. on December 1, 2023), at 20 banks currently, 3-month term interest rates range from 3.3 - 4.25%, depending on the bank's regulations.
Of which, NCB leads with an interest rate of 4.25%. Next are NamABank (4.2%), VPBank (4.1%), DongABank (3.9%), BacABank and TPBank with the same interest rate of 3.8%. The lowest interest rate for a 3-month term is 3.3%, listed by Agribank and Vietinbank.
Compare 6-month interest rates
For the 6-month term, the group of banks with high interest rates include: PVcomBank (5.6%), HDBank (5.5%), NCB (5.35%), VPBank (5.3%), SHB (5.2%). On the contrary, the banks with low interest rates include: Agribank, Vietinbank (4.3%), ABBank (4.4%).
Compare 9-month interest rates
For 9-month savings term, interest rates range from 4.3 - 5.6%, depending on the bank. In particular, banks with high interest rates include: PVcomBank (5.6%), NCB (5.45%), MSB (5.4%), SHB (5.4%), HDBank (5.2%)... On the contrary, banks with low interest rates for 9-month term include: Agribank, Vietinbank, ABBank (4.3%).
Compare 12-month interest rates
For a 12-month term, PVcomBank lists the highest interest rate of up to 10.5%. Conditions apply when customers open a book at the counter, with a deposit balance of VND 2,000 billion or more. In the case of regular deposits, the highest interest rate is 5.7%.
Next is HDBank, with the highest interest rate of 8.0%, when customers open a savings account with a balance of 300 billion VND or more.
Other banks listed 12-month term interest rates without conditions, with interest rates ranging from 4.3 - 5.7%, such as: NamABank (5.7%), NCB (5.7%), SHB (5.6%), DongABank (5.4)...
Compare 18-month interest rates
At the 18-month deposit term, savings interest rates range from 4.1 - 6.5%. Of which, the bank listing the highest interest rate is HDBank (6.5%); followed by MSB (6.2%). SHB and NamABank listed interest rates of 6.1%.
