La Liga recruits in Ho Chi Minh City, young Vietnamese players go to Spain

This tournament is part of the "EA Sports FC Futures - Search and develop global football talent" program. This is a program to search for 1,000 young talents from 5 countries: South Africa, United States, Guatemala, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Vietnam to find the 40 best young players to receive scholarships to Spain for training. Players aged U.16 will have the opportunity to experience training according to advanced training methods of La Liga and EA Sports, in Madrid (Spain) in June 2025.

La Liga and EA Sports' shows have been held in many countries

According to the plan, the "Ea Sports FC Futures" tournament will take place in the following cities: Rustenberg (South Africa) on March 1 and 2; New York (USA) on March 8 and 9; Dubai (UAE) on March 27 and 28; Guatemala City (Guatemala) on April 5 and 6; Ho Chi Minh City on April 11 and 13.

In Vietnam, this tournament will take place at Gia Dinh Stadium. The tournament will be organized by La Liga Vietnam, with the participation of experts from Spain. The tournament organizers will select more than 200 male and female players. The players are divided into 16 male teams and 16 female teams (each team has 5 players, 2 reserves). The teams will compete in a round-robin to find the winning team. La Liga experts will select the 32 best players (16 male and 16 female) for the final round, and find the last 4 male players and 4 female players to be awarded scholarships to train in Madrid, Spain.

Female players are also given opportunities.
