The television bridge is organized by Ho Chi Minh City Television in collaboration with Thanh Hoa Radio and Television Station and Dong Thap Radio and Television Station.

Mr. Le Quoc Phong - Secretary of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Do Trong Hung - Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council... and many leaders of departments, branches and organizations.
