Celebrating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and presenting the Ngo May Award in 2024

(BD) - On the evening of March 23, in Quy Nhon City, the Provincial Youth Union organized a program to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025) and awarded the Ngo May Award in 2024.

Attending the program were comrades: Le Kim Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Thi Phong Vu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Le Binh Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Le Hai Long - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central Youth Union's Children's Work Commission, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Youth Union Council; together with representatives of departments, agencies, branches, unions in the province and more than 2,000 Youth Union members.

Speaking at the program, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Thanh Trung reviewed the glorious historical tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the contributions of the Youth Union in the process of fighting, building and developing the country and Binh Dinh homeland. Through each period, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province has constantly innovated, promoting the pioneering and creative role of the youth in all fields.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union honored 10 outstanding young faces who won the Ngo May Award in 2024. These are outstanding individuals in many fields, with a spirit of dedication and contribution to the community, contributing to spreading the image of young people with courage, intelligence and responsibility.
