The Inspection Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee has just announced the conclusions of its 37th meeting.
Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded its investigation into alleged violations by Mr. Ho Cao Khai, Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that during his military service (February 1993), Mr. Ho Cao Khai committed violations and was subjected to military disciplinary action, but this was not declared in his work history and Party membership record.
Based on the nature of the violations and the recommendations of the relevant Party organizations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline Mr. Ho Cao Khai with a reprimand.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Mr. Khai to seriously review their involvement in personnel matters.
At the same time, Mr. Khai is required to seriously comply with the regulations by adding the details of previous disciplinary violations to his personnel file as a cadre, civil servant, and Party member.
The Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee has been stripped of all his positions in the Party . Mr. Nguyen Vu Chi, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, during his tenure as Chairman of the People's Committee of Luong Son District from 2016 to 2021, allowed numerous violations related to land to occur.
