Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has reviewed and disciplined the Party Committee of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine for the 2020-2025 term by issuing a reprimand.
The Party Committee of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine for the 2020-2025 term was irresponsible in organizing, implementing, adjusting, and amending the working regulations of the Party Committee; was irresponsible in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of resolutions and regulations on organization and personnel work; lax leadership, lack of inspection and supervision of the implementation of Party regulations and State laws, allowing many Party members to have shortcomings and violations to the extent that they had to be reviewed, considered, and disciplined.
Regarding the above violations, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has disciplined 2 party members. Disciplinary action in the form of reprimand was taken against Mr. Ngo Minh Xuan, a member of Party Cell 2 of the Faculty of Medicine, Party Committee of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, former Party Secretary, former Chairman of the Council of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine.
Disciplinary warning for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hiep, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the University Council, Principal of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, former member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the University and College Bloc of Ho Chi Minh City.
The Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also considered and disciplined Mr. Huynh Van Toan, former Party Committee member and former Deputy General Director of Dak Lak Rubber One Member Limited Liability Company, by expelling him. Mr. Toan violated the provisions of the law in the management and use of State assets, causing loss and waste at Dak Lak Rubber One Member Limited Liability Company.
