On the afternoon of July 18, the Trade Union of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks (KKTNS & CKCN) of Thanh Hoa province held a signing ceremony of the collective labor agreement (CLA) for a group of shoe manufacturing enterprises (DN) in the Nghi Son Economic Zone & CKCN of Thanh Hoa province.
Leaders of the Management Board of the Economic Zone and Industrial Park of Thanh Hoa province and the Provincial Federation of Labor witnessed the signing ceremony of the Collective Labor Agreement of the group of shoe manufacturing enterprises in the Economic Zone and Industrial Park of Thanh Hoa province.

Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Trade Union Ngo The Anh said: After 4 collective bargaining meetings and 14 working sessions and dialogues between the Economic Zone and Industrial Park Trade Union and each enterprise leader, the parties participating in the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement agreed on the content of the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement for the group of shoe manufacturing enterprises, including 4 chapters and 22 articles with many provisions beneficial to employees.

Specifically: Increase the annual lucky money bonus for employees from 20,000 VND to 30,000 VND/person/time; build a loyalty bonus for employees who have worked at the factory for 11 years or more with monthly bonus levels for each employee: 11 years is 100,000 VND; 12 years is 150,000 VND; 13 years is 250,000 VND; 14 years is 300,000 VND; 15 years or more is 400,000 VND. Employers have the right to arrange 50% of the annual leave days that employees are entitled to receive in the year; Employees have the right to arrange 50% of their annual leave days. Based on the production and business conditions of each enterprise, enterprises are responsible for developing regulations for considering periodic salary increases for employees...

At the same time, it creates a new step forward in labor relations, because the Collective Labor Agreement is not only limited to one enterprise, but also expands the scale of a group of enterprises, establishing a common and unified order in the application of regimes and policies related to the rights and legitimate interests of employees and employers.
The comrades highly appreciated the efforts and enthusiasm of the collective leadership of the KKTNS & CKCN trade union; the collective leadership and executive board of the 7 enterprises' trade unions to achieve the first result of signing the Collective Labor Agreement of a group of enterprises in Thanh Hoa. At the same time, they hoped that this model would continue to be replicated with enterprises in other industries, to strengthen the representative function of the trade union and the employer, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
