Signing of coordination regulations between the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Standing Committee of Bat Xat District Party Committee

On May 21, in Bat Xat district, a conference was held to sign the coordination regulations between the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy and the Standing Committee of Bat Xat District Party Committee.

At the conference, delegates discussed and agreed on the signed contents on: Party building, political work; development, promulgation and implementation of leadership and direction documents on internal affairs, anti-corruption, anti-negativity and judicial reform; propaganda, dissemination and education of law; prevention of crime and law violations; coordination in handling and resolving serious and complicated cases and incidents that are of public interest and corruption and negativity cases and incidents; coordination in personnel organization; coordination in leadership and direction to create favorable conditions to support facilities and equipment to improve the operating conditions of the District People's Procuracy and the content of coordination in implementation.

Next, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Standing Committee of Bat Xat District Party Committee signed the Regulations on coordination of work. (Photo below)

The signing between the two units contributes to strengthening coordination in law-making activities; disseminating and educating the law; coordinating the settlement of complaints, corruption and negative cases, etc.

The two units will base on the responsibilities of each side to coordinate to well implement the signed contents, especially ensuring the information reporting regime; periodically organize preliminary and final reviews to ensure the implementation of the signed coordination regulations, actively contributing to the cause of socio-economic construction and development, ensuring political security, order and social safety in the mountainous and border district of Bat Xat.
