Delegate Dinh Gia Dung, Chairman of Thai Binh City People's Committee (Head of the City Delegate Group) discussed the content of solutions to accelerate the implementation of the project to relocate production and business establishments, headquarters of agencies, units and some residential areas along Tra Ly River in Thai Binh City for urban development. Delegate Pham Thi Nhu Phong, Chairman of Vu Thu District People's Committee (Head of Vu Thu District Delegate Group) discussed the content of tourism development associated with agriculture, trade and services until 2025, with a vision to 2030, gradually making tourism an important economic sector of the province. Comrade Lai Hop Manh, Director of the Provincial People's Procuracy, discussed the content of the situation of violations and crimes in 2023 and the results of the work of practicing the right to prosecute, supervise investigation and supervise criminal trials.

Delegate Nguyen Thi Xuyen (Tien Hai Group) questioned comrade Phan Dinh Duc, Deputy Head of the Committee, in charge of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board, with the following content: According to the voters' feedback and through visual observation, we have recently seen that in the Tien Hai District Industrial Park, there are many chimneys of factories and enterprises discharging waste, smoke and dust into the environment, negatively affecting the environment of the communes near the industrial park. We request the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board to inform us of the cause and solution.

Based on the submissions, the Provincial People's Council will pass resolutions and close the session.
