9th Session, 19th Provincial People's Council: Reviewing and approving resolutions

Attending the meeting were comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades members of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches, districts, cities and Standing Committees of People's Councils of 137 communes, wards and towns in the province.

The meeting reviewed and passed 6 resolutions approving and allocating the budget for socio-economic development investment in the province, including: Approving the local budget settlement in 2023; Deciding on the state budget revenue and expenditure estimates and allocating the provincial budget estimates in 2025; Approving the local budget public investment plan in 2025, Tuyen Quang province; Allocating the state budget development investment capital plan to implement the national target program on new rural construction in Tuyen Quang province in 2025; Allocating the state budget investment plan to implement the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction in Tuyen Quang province in 2025; Allocating the state budget capital plan to implement the national target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Tuyen Quang province in 2025.

Comrade Ha Trung Kien, Director of the Department of Finance, responded to delegates' opinions.

Regarding the comments requesting clarification, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Finance, the Provincial Tax Department, and the leaders of the agencies advising on the drafting of the resolution responded to clarify the contents of interest to the delegates.

All resolutions were passed, and at the same time, the Provincial People's Committee was requested to promptly allocate capital sources from the beginning of the year for implementation.

At the meeting, delegates discussed 5 Resolutions regulating the following contents: Regulations on social assistance levels for social protection beneficiaries cared for and nurtured at social assistance facilities in Tuyen Quang province; Abolishing Resolution No. 08/2024/ND-HDND dated July 4, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council regulating prices for medical examination and treatment services not covered by the Health Insurance Fund but not medical examination and treatment services upon request in state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of Tuyen Quang province; Regulations on specific prices for medical examination and treatment services on the list paid by the Health Insurance Fund; specific prices for medical examination and treatment services paid by the state budget; specific prices for medical examination and treatment services not covered by the list paid by the Health Insurance Fund but not medical examination and treatment services upon request for state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of Tuyen Quang province; Assigning the civil servant payroll in state administrative agencies and organizations of Tuyen Quang province in 2025; Approving the total number of employees in public service units and associations of Tuyen Quang province in 2025. The resolutions were unanimously passed by delegates.
