According to the press conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council decided to convene the 19th session of the Provincial People's Council (term XI), term 2021 - 2026 from December 6 - 8, 2023 at Hall B - Provincial Conference Center.

This is the last session of 2023, the main content of the session will discuss the socio-economic situation, national defense - security, judicial fields in 2023 and the direction and tasks in 2024. At the same time, consider and decide on the contents submitted by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, including handling voters' petitions after the regular session at the end of 2022 and before the regular session in mid-2023, the 11th Provincial People's Council; organizing regular sessions of the Provincial People's Council in 2024; Supervision report with draft resolution on the implementation of Decision 2348/QD-TTg dated December 5, 2016 of the Prime Minister on approving the Project on building and developing the grassroots health network in the new situation in the province; Establish a specialized monitoring delegation of the Provincial People's Council on the implementation results of Resolution No. 53/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on the medium-term public investment plan using provincial budget capital and the list of key projects of the province for the period 2021 - 2025 and Resolution No. 37/NQ-HDND dated November 18, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 using provincial budget capital.

In particular, the Provincial People's Council will conduct questions and answers at the regular session at the end of 2023 - Provincial People's Council term XI.

Within the framework of the 19th session, the Provincial People's Council also reviewed and decided on the contents submitted by the Provincial People's Committee. These include the 2024 socio-economic development plan; the development investment plan and the list of key projects of the province in 2024; Approval of the state budget revenue and expenditure estimates in Binh Thuan province in 2024 and the provincial budget allocation plan in 2024; Approval of the local budget settlement in 2022 of the province; The administrative and career staffing plan of the province in 2024; Regulations on the norms for making estimates for implementing scientific and technological tasks using the state budget in the province.

Along with that, the Provincial People's Council considered and decided on the contents of Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution 12/2022/NQ-HDND dated August 23, 2022 on the principles, criteria, and norms for allocating central budget capital and the proportion of counterpart capital of local budgets to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021 - 2030, phase I: from 2021 to 2025 in the province; Regulating the collection of fees and charges for performing administrative procedures for providing online public services in the province; Requesting the policy of supplementing capital sources to implement the Dam Repair and Safety Improvement Project (WB8), Binh Thuan province; Prices of public irrigation products and services in the province in 2022, 2023 and 2024; Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 23/2017/NQ-HDND dated July 17, 2017 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the collection rates, collection, payment and management of civil status fees in the province; Approving the Master Plan for the construction of Mui Ne National Tourist Area to 2040, with a vision to 2050; Adjusting the Housing Development Program of Binh Thuan province to 2025 and orientation to 2030...
