Recently, the Youth Activity Center of Thua Thien Hue province and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Vietnam held a handover ceremony of the project "Improving theeducational environment to support the healthy development of children and adolescents in Thua Thien Hue province.
After 6 months of implementation, the Project "Improving the educational environment to support the healthy development of children and adolescents in Thua Thien Hue province" supported by KOICA was handed over on October 30 with the following items: building new digital rooms and computer rooms; Purchasing equipment for digital rooms and computer rooms; Renovating the toilet system of Tuong Lai Specialized School, installing air conditioning systems, replacing tables and chairs, and equipping televisions in classrooms...

Also through this project, a computer education center was built to later expand computer education services in youth activities, promote future local economic development by improving computer education opportunities for local communities, increase the efficiency of ongoing operations by improving the maintenance skills of those involved through equipment maintenance training and practical training, and enhance youth leadership capacity.
In addition, through various activities, the Project will promote the talents and potentials of young people, enhance their thinking skills and creativity. At the same time, it will help them develop into healthy members of society, help improve the educational environment for children, adolescents and people with disabilities, and provide integrated education through digital education to improve the capabilities of children, adolescents and people with disabilities.
According to the representative of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Vietnam, through the program's field volunteer activities, the program aims to help children and adolescents develop by providing an environment where they can acquire new knowledge and express their creativity. At the same time, it pursues continuous innovation and plays a role in informing children and adolescents about the importance of sustainable development through the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
