Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut Kronos - hypercar imbued with Greek mythology

The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut Kronos is a special edition based on the Jesko Absolut, which was first introduced in 2020 and is set to be the fastest Koenigsegg ever built. The car has chassis number #7389, one of only 125 Jeskos produced worldwide.

The exterior of the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut Kronos supercar makes a strong impression with its entire Poseidon Blue carbon paint, dotted with exquisite gold leaf details. The car is equipped with Aircore wheels measuring 20 inches (front) and 21 inches (rear) also finished in a similar style, along with aerodynamic covers on the rear wheels.

The interior of the car is a sophisticated combination of high-quality materials and sporty design. The Jesko Absolut Kronos has bucket seats made of carbon fiber, covered in blue Alcantara, with the Koenigsegg logo embroidered in gold thread on the headrests.

Driver assistance features are controlled via a 9-inch central display, while operating parameters are displayed on a 5-inch display behind the steering wheel.

The Jesko Absolut Kronos features an "Autoskin" door and hatch system that opens and closes automatically at the touch of a button, similar to the Regera. It is also one of the few right-hand drive Koenigseggs, which conforms to UK regulations.

Powering this supercar is a 5.0L twin-turbo V8 engine, producing 1,299 horsepower (with regular gasoline) and reaching a maximum of 1,624 horsepower when using E85 fuel. Maximum torque is 1,500 Nm, combined with a 9-speed Koenigsegg Light Speed ​​Transmission (LST) and rear-wheel drive. Despite being a hypercar with extremely high performance, the Jesko Absolut Kronos only has a dry weight of 1,290 kg.

Aerodynamically optimized with a drag coefficient of 0.278, the Jesko Absolut Kronos uses just two small fins to generate 40 kg of downforce at 250 km/h and 150 kg at top speed. In theory, the car can reach speeds between 531 and 563 km/h, making it one of the hypercars with the potential to break the world speed record.

Koenigsegg says it spent 3,000 hours on aerodynamic analysis and another 5,000 hours on design and engineering to develop the Absolut, a testament to the serious investment it has made to create a true masterpiece.

The price of the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut Kronos has not been disclosed. However, on the secondary market, a standard Jesko can be valued at around $3 million, and personalized versions like the Kronos will certainly be worth significantly more.
