Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Kim Oanh Group - said that this is a passionate project that the Group has cherished and prepared land funds for a long time with an investment capital of up to more than 5,600 billion VND. In particular, this project will also be developed according to Singapore social housing standards and the EDGE green building certification system. In addition, the project's internal area will also be fully invested in a modern utility system to serve residents, similar to the K-Home New City project in Binh Duong New City, which is currently being developed by Kim Oanh Group.

“During the Covid 19 pandemic, we realized that Di An city has a large population and many immigrants, many families still do not have a house, so the impact is very heavy. From there, Kim Oanh Group decided to dedicate this 8.6ha land fund to develop social housing. In addition, we also seek and accumulate more land to prepare to develop a series of social housing projects to meet the needs of the people,” Ms. Kim Oanh shared.

It is known that Kim Oanh Group is currently focusing on developing a series of social housing projects (including low-rise and high-rise products) in vibrant and densely populated areas such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City. Particularly in Binh Duong, the two areas where the Group is looking for land to develop projects are Di An city and Thu Dau Mot city. The Group does not focus on profit for these projects but wishes to contribute with the local government to create opportunities for the majority of workers who do not have the conditions to own a house.
