Vice Chairman of the Committee on Law and Justice Ngo Trung Thanh reported on the program and expected content of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the conference, many people's issues continued to receive attention and recommendations from voters. Voters recommended increasing investment in rural transport infrastructure, ensuring traffic safety; speeding up the issuance of land use right certificates; effectively implementing vocational training policies, creating jobs, especially for ethnic minority youth; and having solutions to control the use of tractors that do not meet technical safety equipment - posing a high risk of traffic accidents.

Regarding the work of administrative unit arrangement, voters highly appreciate the policy of streamlining the apparatus to improve the efficiency of the political system. However, the process of arranging and merging provincial and commune-level administrative units and ending the operation of district-level administrative units is posing many challenges, especially regarding policies for cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers.

Voters also recommended that the National Assembly strengthen its supervision of the process of restructuring the apparatus, requesting the development of a suitable roadmap to avoid mechanical cuts that cause psychological disturbance to officials and people. At the same time, it is necessary to issue sanctions and specific instructions to ensure transparency and fairness in transferring officials.

Regarding the education sector, voters reported some difficulties in implementing the Foreign Language subject according to the 2018 General Education Program. Specifically, although it is allowed to organize elective teaching from grades 1 and 2, many localities are currently facing difficulties due to a lack of qualified teachers, facilities and financial support. Meanwhile, the need for children to access foreign languages early is legitimate and in line with current development requirements.

Voters' opinions and recommendations were directly received and explained by representatives of the provincial National Assembly Delegation, leaders of departments, branches and the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district. Many contents were clarified right at the meeting, basically meeting the legitimate demands and aspirations of voters.
